island

         Under two distint wonderlands, painted with colourful and positive signs, we have a different, darker world, hiding behind the scenes. The surface we love is an illusion made of dreams, success, happiness, fame, affections, support and freedom. Beneath this lies a lack of empathy, poverty, hunger and misery. However, no man is meant to be an island, but part of a community working together towards a hopeful, better future. This isn't a tale of two great shining cities, united by glamour; but a composition of many, many small tales of despair, where everyone isolates themselves from each other, to ease the pain.
